Oolong satisfies both drinkers of black and green tea as its flavor profile is described as being a balance of the two. Depending on the processing technique and length, the flavor can be light to intense, grassy to floral, buttery to fruity.

Brewing Instructions:

To enjoy as a cup of tea: steep 1 tsp of tea in boiling hot water for 3-5 minutes. Add milk and sugar if desired.
To brew for kombucha: Use 2 TBSP tea per gallon of kombucha, Steep for a minimum of 10 minutes in about 2 cups of hot water. Then, dilute with cool water until it reaches room temperature before pitching your culture.
